She was a member of Evangel Christian Church. Sandy was an LPN. She loved spending time with her husband, family, and especially her grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Jim Wilson.
Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 44 years, William “Bill” Ludwig; sons, James Avery, Chris Avery (Erin), Scott “Avery” Ludwig (Glenda); daughter, Angel Meece (Jack); 15 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and a host of other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 2, 2023 from 2pm-8pm at Arch L. Heady and Son Funeral Home, 8519 Preston Highway, Louisville, KY 40219. Service will be held on Friday, November 3, 2023 at 12pm with a visitation starting at 9am. Cremation to follow.
