Scott is survived by his 3 children,Cynthia Hazel, Camryn Smith, Wesley Smith and four grandchildren, his mother, Milissa Fleming Wilson and stepfather Richard Wilson and by his father, Bobby Wayne Smith, and a brother Josh Smith.
A celebration of Scott's life will be held at 1:00 pm on Sunday, April 24, 2022 at Muddy River Baptist Church, 4711 Bowling Green Rd, Russellville, Kentucky 42276.
