Shirley Mosely, 88, passed away Thursday, January 16, 2025. She was born to the late Silas and Alma Hawkins at home in Cloverport, Kentucky on March 16, 1936. Shirley worked at many dry cleaners during her career and retired after 25 years at Highland Cleaners.
Shirley was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Clarence; and her brother, Ed Hawkins.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Richard Walker, Chuck Mosely; 3 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; many extended family members and friends.
Shirley’s funeral service will be Friday, January 24, 2025 at 2pm at Arch L Heady Funeral Home – Okolona. Visitation will be from 11am until the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will immediately follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
Memorial Donations in Shirley’s honor should be directed to the Humane Society.
