POWELL, SIDNEY J., 52, passed away Monday, November 15, 2010 at his residence.
He was a retired corrections officer for the Kentucky State Government.
He is survived by his mother, Wanda K. Powell and two brothers, Darrell and Thomas Powell.
A celebration of Sidney's life will be held Friday at noon with interment at Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be held Thursday, 1-8 p.m. at the Arch L. Heady Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 3601 Taylor Blvd.
