Sylvia was born on September 9, 1930 in Louisville, Kentucky to parents, Alvie J. & Bertie Albro. She was a retired administrative assistant for Bales Motors. She was very active in her church being a member of the Highland Park Church of God as well as the former River City Church of God. Sylvia was active in Children’s Church, Bible study and played the piano. Sylvia lived her life for God and her children. She loved to travel and she got to visit many parts of our world.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Alvie J. & Bertie Albro; 1 sister, Hazel Bales; and 3 husbands, James Rayhill, father of her children, Travis Cain and Jack Cubranic.
Left to cherish her memory is her children, Linda (Mike) Baker, Judy Adamson and James T. (Cindy) Rayhill; 5 grandchildren, Jamie (Jason) Truman, Jonathan (Jenny) Adamson, Jenny (Ryan) Taylor, Chris (Melody) Rayhill and Daniel Rayhill; 8 great – grandchildren, Wade, Rylee, Haylee, Ella, Morgan, Mason, Tyler and Matthew and one great – great – great grandchild, Xandon. Plus a host of relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. in the Evergreen Dignity Chapel of the Evergreen Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 15, 2021 from 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. also at the Evergreen Funeral Home.

In lieu of customary expressions of sympathy, memorial contributions can be made to the Eastside Praise Church of God Mortgage Fund.
Burial will be in the Evergreen Cemetery & Mausoleums. She will be laid to rest with her parents and husband, Travis.
