He was born on March 26, 1998 in Louisville, Kentucky to Todd Meredith and Rebecca Garrett Meredith.
He is preceded in death by his father, Todd Meredith; grandparents, William Garrett, John Meredith, Brenda Meredith; and his aunt, Rene Hackney.
Taylor enjoyed bowling, fishing and sky diving. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys, WWE & UK Fan. He took pride in collecting shot glasses and whiskey bottles.
He is survived by his mother, Rebecca Meredith; grandmother, Peggy Garrett; sister, Josee Meredith; brother, Brandon Meredith (Megan); aunts, Kelly Lewis (Rocky), Jennifer Westbay (Mark) and many loving friends and extended family.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 1, 2021 from 2 p.m. – 7 p.m. at Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Road, Louisville, KY 40218. A service to honor the life of Taylor will be held on Friday at 2 p.m., with visitation resuming on Friday from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Taylor will be laid to rest at Resthaven Memorial Park.
