Teresa was preceded in death by her mother, Nancy Jackson and a brother, Mike Jackson.
Survivors include her father, Clifford Jackson; two daughters, Lauren and Chelsea Holman; brother, Terry Jackson (Jenny); 3 sisters, Deborah Emamalie (Salem), Rosemary Burt (Jimmy) and Angela McBroom (Derek); several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, January 7, 2012 at 2609 Titleist Rd, Louisville, KY 40242. Memorial gifts may be made to the family. Arch L. Heady & Son at Westport Village has been entrusted with the arrangements.
