

Terry Morris Milburn, known affectionately to all as Terry, departed this world on March 29, 2025, in Louisville, Kentucky, after a life well-lived. Born on March 24, 1951, in Lebanon, Kentucky, Terry was a beacon of light to his family and community, bringing joy and laughter wherever he went.
Terry's early years were spent in the nurturing embrace of his parents, Frances and Morris Milburn, who preceded him in death. He honed his intellect and character at Fern Creek High School, graduating in 1969, and went on to exhibit a remarkable work ethic throughout his career, retiring from Vermont American.
The love story that defined much of Terry's life began with his beloved wife, Sharon. Together for 52 years, their partnership was a testament to love and commitment. Terry's legacy continues through his sons, Jason (Nikki), Jeffrey (Jennifer), and Jeremy (Sandy), who will carry forward his values and spirit. His grandchildren, Kellie (Destiny), Skyy, Alexis, and Noah, as well as his great-grandchild, Henry, will grow up hearing tales of their grandfather's warmth and wisdom.
His sisters, Janet Seesengood and Donna (Garry) Roach, along with many nieces and nephews, will hold onto the memories of Terry's generous and friendly nature. He was a man of intelligence, always ready to share his insights with a gentle smile.
An avid baseball fan, Terry's enthusiasm for the Cincinnati Reds and the Louisville Cardinals was infectious. He translated his love for the sport into coaching, inspiring young athletes with his passion and dedication. The bowling alley was another venue for family bonding, where Terry and his loved ones created cherished memories.
Terry's passing leaves a void in the hearts of those who knew him, but his spirit will continue to guide and inspire. His was a life marked by kindness, generosity, and a profound intelligence that touched the lives of many. Terry Morris Milburn will be deeply missed, yet his legacy will endure through the love and memories he leaves behind.
Visitation will occur on Monday, April 7th from 10-1PM with a Celebration of Life Service to begin at 1:00PM. All Services will take place at Arch L. Heady and Son Westport Village, 7410 Westport Rd. Louisville, Kentucky 40222. Terry will be laid to rest within Highland Memory Garden, 279 Landis Ln, Mt Washington, KY 40047.
