Tom is survived by his wife, Donna, daughter, Danette Mayfield (Jimmy),brother, Paul Cain (Brenda), step-children, Mike Breaden (Kim), Wendy Breaden and Amy Rice (Patrick), 15 grandchildren 10 great grandchildren and one niece. He is also survived by his loyal friends Holly and Bo.
A funeral service to celebrate Tom’s life will be conducted at 2pm on Thursday, April 13, 2017 in the chapel of Arch L. Heady at Resthaven, 4400 Bardstown Rd., with entombment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Guests are invited to attend a visitation from 11am until funeral time on Thursday.
