Fulkerson, Thomas E. “Tommy”, 59, of South Louisville passed from this life on Monday December 17, 2012 at his home. He was the owner of Camden Avenue Body Shop, and a Baptist by faith. He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Fulkerson. He is survived by a daughter, Sarah Fulkerson; a son, Craig Fulkerson; and a sister, Diane Fulkerson. A service to celebrate Tom’s life will be held at 12 pm Friday in the Southern Chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.
