He is survived by his daughter Tammy Tichenor (Darrell), four-legged son, Clark Kent and three furry granddaughters.
Thomas was a Vietnam Veteran while serving with the U.S. Coast Guard. He enjoyed serving as a PM of Louisville- Lodge #400, member of the order of ES, as well as other organizations.
Visitation will be held Sunday, September 27, 2020 from 1 to 4 PM with the funeral to follow. A private burial will be held in Resthaven Memorial Park.
