Veronica Woodruff, 84, of Louisville, passed away December 18, 2025. She was a member of Eastern Star for over 60 years. Her faith was of great significance in her life and she exhibited that through her leadership in Bible studies at the Masonic Home and area churches that she attended over the years.
Veronica was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Woodruff; daughter, Robin Cole; sister, Veda Glass; and brothers, Verlin Elmore and Victor "Jack" Elmore. She is survived by her daughters, Deborah Carney(Bill), Christy Cole(Tony), and Stacy Cole(Phil); 8 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great-grandchildren; brothers, Vincent "Butch" Elmore(Donetta) and Virgil "Skip" Elmore(Tammy); and many nieces, nephews, and other family members.
Funeral service will be 11am Saturday, December 27, 2025 at Evergreen Funeral Home with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be 2pm-7pm Friday, December 26, 2025 at the funeral home.
Memorial donations in Veronica's memory can be made to the animal charity of the sender's choice.
