Born in Greensburg, Pennsylvania on Monday, June 3, 1946, to the lates’ Edgar T. McCullough and Helen Hutchinson. She was retired from General Electric where she worked in Assembly. During her tenure with General Electric, she was a active in the Union. She retired early due to the decline in her son’s health. In her free time, Virginia loved to garden. It didn’t matter if it were in her flowers or her vegetable garden. She was very particular about the presentation of her gardens.
Virginia was a free and independent spirit. She seldom would ask for help and would do what she needed herself. She loved to play BINGO but most of all, she loved being a mother and grandmother. Her sassy spirit, led to the independence of her family but echoes in the love and legacy that she leaves behind.
