She was born in Central City, KY in Muhlenberg County.
She was preceded in death by her husband’s Paul D. Curtis and Freeman Carter; son Kenneth D. Curtis; grandson Donald P. Curtis; 1 sister; 4 brothers.
Survivors include her children June Witt, Paul D. Curtis (Judith), Charles A. “Butch” Curtis (Leigh); daughter-in-law Pat Curtis; sister Ruthie Roberson; brothers Paul Carter and Jerry Carter; 10 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; 14 great-great-grandchildren.
Her funeral service will be Thursday at 12:30 PM at Arch L Heady & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Okolona. Burial Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation Wednesday 2-8 PM and after 9:00 AM until service time.
Memorial contribution can be made to St Jude Children’s Hospital.
