He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Laverne Elizabeth Colvin; and son, William D. Colvin III.
Left to cherish his memory is his daughters, Yvonne Owens (Mike) and Stephanie Scott (Jimmy); 6 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life service will be held on Monday at 2pm at Evergreen Funeral Home Dignity Chapel. Visitation will be Sunday from 4pm-8pm at the funeral home. Entombment will be at Evergreen Cemetery.
Memorial contributions in memory of Bill can be made to the Crusade for Children. Envelopes can be received at the funeral home.
