William is survived by his children; William A. Blain, Charles P. Blain (Jeanie), Donald M. "Donnie" Blain, Barbara "Susie" Hall (John); Grandchildren; Jimmy, Billy, Mikie, and Blain; Great-Grandchildren; Jordan, Allyson, Lexi and Arianah.
A Funeral Service honoring the life of Mr. Blain will be held on Thursday, January 3, 2013 at 12:00 noon, at Evergreen Funeral Home 4623 Preston Hwy. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 from 3-8pm at Evergreen, and on Thursday from 10am until time of service. Expressions of sympathy in honor of Mr. Blain can be made out to Hosparus of Louisville, and Special Olympics of Kentucky.
