William Robert "Bobby" Grady

Bobby was born on August 20, 1958 in Louisville, Kentucky to parents’ William Vincent & Blanche Louise (Morrison) Grady. He was a paper carrier for the Courier – Journal for 37 years. He had a passion for being outdoors. He loved gardening, tending to his flowers and vegetables in his yard. He also loved going through Flea Markets spending time with his wife, Tammy. Sports were another facet of Bobby’s time. He cheered on the Tigers, Cowboys, Spurs and his UK Wildcats. He and Tammy attended the Shawnee Baptist Church, where they were members for almost 28 years.

His parents, William Vincent & Blanche Louise (Morrison) Grady; son, Robert Lee Grady; & his grandparents, precede Bobby in his passing.

Left to cherish his unforgettable memory is his wife of 37 years, Tammy Grady; children, William Michael (Tina) Grady & Amber Reneé Grady; 3 – grandchildren, Jasmin, Jaxxon & Tira; 1 – great – grandchild, Riya; brother, Edmund E. (Jeanette) Larkin; many nieces & nephews; his grand – dog, Hamlet; plus a host of other relatives and friends to celebrate his life.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, September 27, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. at the Shawnee Baptist Church; 2214 Bank St., Louisville, Kentucky 40212. Burial will follow in the Garden of Angels of the Evergreen Cemetery & Garden Mausoleums. Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 26, 2021 from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the Evergreen Funeral Home and again on Monday from 11:00 a.m. until the service time at 12:00 p.m. at the Shawnee Baptist Church.
