William Bill Lewis Just

William “Bill” Lewis Just, 64, passed away Sunday, December 1, 2013. He was born, February 15, 1949 to the late, William H. and Elvira O. Just. He was retired from Citi Bank. He was a longtime member of the F O E 2173, where he held offices as Secretary for 27 yrs currently. He was the Past State President, Past S E C Regional President. Bill loved to play Santa Claus at the Eagles for the children.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his daughter, Tonya, and his sister, Marty.

He is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Sarah Smith Just. His children; Shawna Clark, and Jessica McNeese (Michael). His sister, Dee Just, and his 5 loving grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held 11 to 3:30 pm Saturday at Arch L. Heady Russman & Sons, 1201 East Oak St. with a service at 3:30 pm by the Eagles, followed by a service to celebrate Bill’s life.
