WILLIAM "BILLY" PHILLIPS, 66, passed away Monday, October 10, 2011 at his residence in Port Richey, FL.
He was a retired box assembler for Boise Cascade.
He is survived by his siblings, Freddy and Pat Phillips and Frieda Vaughn and Judy Feldkamp; and a host of nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Billy's life will be held 11 a.m. Monday at the O. D. White & Sons Funeral Home. Visitation will be 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
