He was retired from the Kentucky Fair and Expo Center.
Left to cherish his memory, his loving wife: Vickie Seay; his sons: Chris Seay and Dannial Seay; his daughter: Tammy Tate; his brothers: Joe Seay, David Seay, Greg Seay, Franky Seay, and Marvin Seay; his sisters: Pam Griffith, Lola Donahue, Ruby Smith, Joann Cox, and Evelyn Seay; his grandchildren: Cody Tate and Kevin Tate.
Funeral services for William Carl Seay will be held Tuesday, April 19th 2016 at 11am in the chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home, 8519 Preston Hwy. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Family and friends will be received for visitation on Sunday from 1-8 at the funeral home and on Monday from 2-8 at the funeral home.
