William “Bill” Edward Spears, 79 of Louisville, passed away on Sunday, June 26, 2022.

He retired from the railroad after many years of service. He loved wood working and was a loving husband, father, and papa.

Left to cherish his memory is wife of 54 years, Peggy Childress Spears; children, Sean Spears (Sonya) and Veronica Vittitow (Keith); grandchildren, Kaylee and Logan Spears, Stephen Hall, and McKenzie Vittitow; siblings, Tommy Carr (Pam), Patricia Carr; loving nieces and nephews, and many friends.

Visitation will be Wednesday, July 6 from 11 am – 1 pm with funeral service immediately following at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home – Okolona 8519 Preston Highway, Louisville. A private burial service will be scheduled at a later date.
