She had been an assistant coordinator for Louisville Wheels Transportation and secretary for Wheels Department at American Red Cross, Friday Niters and Metro Trophy Ladies Bowling Leagues. Wilma was in the Hall of Fame for the USBC and received the volunteer award for KPTA. She was a member of the Beechland Baptist Church and a US Marine veteran.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Massie; a son, Jay Betts; a granddaughter, Trisha Betts; a sister, Louise Markley; and a brother, Sonny Stevens.
Wilma is survived by two children, Tracy Berding-Hanka (Troy) and Keith Betts (Donna Hesler); three grandchildren, JC Berding, Kaci Berding and Joshua Betts; a great grandchild, Justyce; and a brother Danny Stevens.
Her memorial visitation will be on Saturday, November 13th, from 10am until 2pm at the Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Highway.
