Gwendolyn was raised in Burlington, Colorado. She was a member of the First Methodist Church and Daughters of the American Revolution. She enjoyed cooking, traveling, quilting, sewing, spending time with her friends and volunteering with Meals on Wheels. She also was an avid football fan and enjoyed watching her grandson play baseball and football.
Gwendolyn is survived by her daughter, Tracie Farmer; daughters-in-law, Julie Parker, Beth Hunter and Martha Parker; sons, Russell Parker, Dennis Parker and Troy Parker; brother, Ted McArthur; grandchildren, Kristel Curry, Ciera Parker, Derrek Parker, Diana Ruybal and John Hyink and great-grandchildren, Hailie Parks, Elcie Parks, Layne Curry, Addison Curry and Audrey Curry. She is also survived by many special friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Shawn Parker, daughter, Melody Eichholz and husbands, James Eichholz and Ron Erickson.
