Jean Arlene Peeler has transitioned from this world at 2:38 a.m. and moved on to what she called "the great crowd" (individuals who reside in a restored paradise learning God’s ways). Jean married Newt Henry Peeler on December 18, 1959 at the Simpson Lane Club House in Fort Bragg, California. Mom lived to the age of 83. Mom spent the majority of her life in northern California.
Jean Peeler is survived by her son Rocky Peeler (Evans, Colorado), her brothers Arthur Lee Simpson (San Diego California) and Dale Milton Simpson (Fort Bragg California), plus two grandchildren Rochelle Frink (Greeley, Colorado) and Corrie Peeler (Valley City, North Dakota)
Jean was preceded by her: Parents Clarance Norman Simpson and Ella Mc Kay (Fort Bragg California). Followed by her husband Newt Henry Peeler (Mad River, California) and Daughter Shirley Jean Peeler (Mad River, California).
MOM, this is not a goodbye, but rather, a thank you. Thank you for coming into my life and teaching me the value of happiness, joy, and love. Plus, the constant advise: Son, slow down become patient, enjoy what is in front of you and, most importantly, celebrate your successes.
Mom, thank you for all of the love and unconditional and (at times) overwhelming support you have given me (for the last 65 years). And most importantly, for receiving my love and for allowing me to help you (in your greatest time of need).
Thank you for all the wonderful memories and moments we shared together.
Mom, you are greatly missed and forever loved.
Signed: Your loving son,
Rocky Peeler.
Advice for the living: (Mathew 5:4) The Lord will wrap His arms of love and comfort around those who trust in Him. Or, put another way, (Psalm 147:3) Lean on God and allow Him to continue the process of mending ones broken heart. Then go to John 14: 1-3 for additional comfort.
