Lesli Kathleen Cohan, my wife, best friend, soulmate and spirit-mate, passed away on August 10, 2025. Lesli is still here in spirit and always will be. She was deeply spiritual in knowing that our spirit endures while our physical self ends. Her love will continue to make this a better world for all!
Lesli passed while in the Intensive Care Unit at Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins, Colorado. She worked in that unit for several years before finding her calling in Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) nursing and management. She retired a few years ago and started another career following her passion for photography as a professional landscape photographer. Her talent for capturing the emotion and vibrancy of our beautiful Earth was astonishing.
Another passion of Lesli’s was baking bread. While I enjoyed the fruits of her labor immensely, she took joy in giving bread to others and watching their face as they took that first bite.
Lesli’s ashes will be spread in the rocks on the property of the cabin she and I owned in the mountains of Colorado. Truly their special place.
