Mary Jane May

Mary Jane May passed away peacefully at home August 20th, 2020 at the age of 75. Mary was born Nov 4th, 1944 in Herkimer, NY and grew up in Morehouse, NY, often speaking fondly of her carefree country childhood. She left upstate New York in her early adult life, living in New Jersey, Texas, Florida, and Alaska until finally making her home in Colorado. She discovered an interest in banking and continued along that path throughout the majority of her career.

She had a love of family and her home was the hub of many special gatherings with grandma and grandpa enjoying every minute of it. Her greatest joy was hanging out with her grandchildren and the special day she held her great granddaughter. Her other interests included camping, fishing, her rose garden and her dog Jackson. She also had a love of reading, scrapbooking and crocheting.

She is survived by her loving Husband John May of 35 years and her Children: John Edick (Susan), Gerald Edick Jr, Sandy McKinney (Richard), Connie Croak (Peter), Louis Edick, and Travis May (Missy). Her Grandchildren: Justin Croak (Kendra), Joshua Croak, Angela Wetzsteon (Connor), Tyler May, Mahayla Copeland, and Coltin May. Her Great-granddaughter: Brynn Avalene Croak. Her Siblings: Marjorie Mosher, Fredrick Mosher and Alfred Mosher. She was preceded in death by her parents: Alfred and Florence Mosher.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. The family asks in lieu of flowers please donate to the Alzheimer's Association in Mary's honor.
