Neal Brian Jones

Neal grew up most of his younger life in Loveland, CO and graduated from Loveland High School in 1974. He was a state wrestling placer his senior year. After graduation, he spent three years in the U.S. Army. Following his discharge, he went to Colorado Aero Tech in Denver, CO, then took a job as a helicopter mechanic with Era Aviation in Anchorage, Alaska. Neal moved back to Colorado in 2001 to help care for his parents, then worked as a hired hand for his sister and brother-in-law in Greeley, CO, for 19 years. He retired in 2021 and moved to Kimball, NE, and enjoyed watching sports being an avid Broncos, Avalanche, and Rockies fan.

He is survived by brothers, Lyle (Suzan) Jones, Stan Jones, Robert (Susan) Jones, Randy (Cindy) Jones, Tim (Kristin) Jones and Steve (Sandy) Jones; sisters, Daisy (Michael) Boulter and Martha (Ryuichi) Okayasu; sister-in-law, Kerry Jones Anderson; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Dean Jones and sister-in-law, Cathy Jones.

A Celebration of Neal's Life will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, January 6, 2025 at Allnutt Funeral Service - Hunter Chapel, 2100 N. Lincoln Ave., Loveland. Burial will follow at a later date at Loveland Burial Park.
