Adrian Toni Jacobo

Adrian Toni Jacobo, age 50, entered into rest at home in Clearlake on Tuesday, October 6, 2015. Born in San Francisco, California, and formerly of Sacramento, Adrian had resided in Lake County for 22 years. She was employed as a Substance Abuse Counselor for 5 years.

Adrian is survived by her sons Anthony Meranda, Vincent Jones, daughter Brittany Robinson , son-in-law Ventay Robinson, all of Clearlake, brothers Bernard Gilliam of St. Louis, Missouri, Paul Gilliam of San Francisco, Gino Meranda of St. Louis, Missouri sisters Dona Pagan of Ozone Park, New York, Vivian Meranda of Clearlake and granddaughter Sophia Meranda of Clearlake. Adrian is preceded in death by her parents Georgette and George Meranda and her sister Georgana Watson.

Friends and family are warmly invited to attend a Memorial Service on Friday October 23, 2015 at the First Assembly of God in Clearlake beginning at 12:00 noon. Officiating will be Pastor Chris Massingill.
