Born in Houston, TX, and formerly of Tampa, FL, David had lived in Lake County for 10 years.
He is survived by his daughter Jocelyn Shalett and son Harrison Shalett both of Kelseyville, CA and his father Larry Shalett of Buena Vista, Colorado.
Visitation will be held on Friday July 28, 2017 at Jones & Lewis Clear Lake Memorial Chapel in Lower Lake from 4 pm – 8 pm with a funeral service beginning at 5 pm.
Interment will be at Mesa Cemetery in Mesa, Colorado on Thursday, August 3, 2017.
