My thoughts and prayers go out to David's family and friends. I had the honor to know David as a friend and coworker for many years and still hear his guidance in my patient care today. Thank you David for all you gave.

I was saddened to hear of David's passing.  Although I haven't had the opportunity to see David in several years, I have kept up with him through family and friends.  David was a good man with a heart as big as Texas.  I still smile when I think of David telling me a joke or when we talked about cars.  You will always have a special place in my heart.

I was so sorry to hear of David"s passing. I worked with him for several years and always thought alot of him . He was a real inspiration to all that worked with him or even knew him . I am so sorry that David has passed away from his family, his friends, and especially, his patients in SICU. I am retired from Chaplaincy Services at Covenant.  David was special.  A thinker. I always enjoyed visits with David about his personal, as well as his professional days.  God's best to those who were closest to David. A great man.

 Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time . We will always remember his smiling face and caring ways toward his patients and his nurse team that worked under his leadership.
