Diana lived her life with a vibrant spirit and an open heart. A free soul who embraced every moment, she brought joy and laughter to those around her. Her love for music and dancing was infectious—any tune that could get her moving was enough to light up a room. Known for her silliness and zest for life, Diana had a unique gift for making others laugh and feel loved.
She took immense pride in her family and found her greatest joy in their happiness. Diana was the proud mother of Michelle Garcia, Petra Garcia, Amanda Contreras, and Richard Ramirez. Her legacy continues through her grandchildren—Jonathan Garcia, Danielle DeLa Fuente, Natalia Galvan, Amelia Galvan, and Marcus Bailey—and great-grandchildren Gabriel Alvarado, Jase Mendoza, Javi Mendoza, Jasmine Mendoza, and Benjamin Garcia.
Diana was one of fourteen siblings and shared deep bonds with each of them: Roberto Vergara, Eliseo Vergara, Maria Ema Aguliar, Esperanza Kirk, Felix Vergara, Jose Vergara, Erasmo Vergara, Elodia Vergara, Ruben Vergara, Alex Muniz, Romanita Trevino, JoAnn Banda, and Sylvester Garcia. She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Roberto and Juanita Vergara.
Those who knew Diana will remember her as someone who radiated warmth and laughter. She believed in living fully and loving deeply. Her hope was that others would learn from her example—to be happy and to laugh often.
May her memory bring comfort to all who were touched by her joyful presence.
