A proud Army spouse, she and her husband Albert retired and moved to Lubbock in 1985. Emma married the love of her life, Albert, on June 12, 1958. They were married for 62 years until his recent passing November 25, 2020.
Emma was a member of the Catholic Daughters of the Americas, a member of the Guadalupanas, 20 years of volunteer working at the Christ the King Cathedral Office, Wednesday Morning prayer group, Christ the King Cathedral Funeral Meal Organization, and Sacred Heart Spiritual Society.
Her passion was the love of her church, he life-long friends and family, family, and family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Apolinar Sianez and Delfina Castaneda; three brothers, Manuel Sianez, Esquiel Saenz, and Ruben Sianez; and one sister, Consuelo Carranza.
Emma is survived by three sons: Albert, Kenneth, and Paul; daughter-in-law, Teresa; granddaughters Emily (Carlos) and Marie; and one brother, Fernando Sianez (Olga).
She will be forever remembered as a devoted wife, loving mother, proud grandmother, precious aunt, and a loving and caring friend.
