Eva lived a life of faith through her service as a Jehovah's Witnesses. She carried herself
with grace and compassion while spreading the truth of Jehovah’s message to the world.
Those left to continue her legacy of service and compassion are her husband Eloy Ruiz Jr.;
daughter, Lesley Ruiz; son Joe Ruiz; grandchildren: Ashli Smith, Brandon, Nicolas, and
Jordan Ruiz, Alexxys Riojas; and her great-grandchildren: Ahbri Ruiz-Smith, Tristann,
Robert Jr., and Ahliahs Smith; and Rheyden Riojas.
Funeral service for Eva will be held Saturday, December 11, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Resthaven
Funeral Home, 5740 West 19th Street, Lubbock, Texas 79407.
