Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 27, 2018 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at Resthaven Funeral Home, 5740 W. 19th Street, Lubbock, TX 79407. The funeral service will be held Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at 10:00 am at Resthaven Funeral Home. Burial will follow the funeral at Resthaven Memorial Park.
Frank was born in Taylor, TX on February 15, 1947. He was retired from Eagle Pitcher after more than 30 years.
Frank was married to Benita Casarez in November 1969; they were married for 48 years.
Frank is survived by his wife Benita, his son Tony Ray Casarez of Austin, TX, daughters Jeanette Casarez and Nora Herrera both of Lubbock, TX, and son Alex Casarez of Lubbock, TX. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Frank is preceded in death by both parents and his oldest son Martin Casarez.
