Greg Bonnett

Greg was a man known for his loyalty, kindness, and generous heart. Jovial by nature and selfless in spirit, he had a way of making people feel welcome and cared for. He loved his friends and family deeply and was always the first to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Those who knew Greg will remember his warm smile, his willingness to help, and the genuine joy he found in spending time with the people he loved most.

Greg shared a beautiful 34-year marriage with the love of his life, his wife, Deanna Bonnett. Their bond was a source of strength and happiness throughout his life.

He was a proud father to his daughter, Britney, and cherished every moment spent with her and her family. Greg especially treasured time with his three beloved grandsons, Stratton, Field, and Griffin, who brought him immense pride and joy.

Greg had a lifelong passion for working with his hands and spent many years as an auto mechanic, a trade he took great pride in.

Outside of work, Greg enjoyed the outdoors and the simple pleasures of life. He loved hunting, fishing, and camping, and he was a devoted fan of Texas Tech sports and the Dallas Cowboys. Whether in the woods, by the water, or cheering on his favorite teams, Greg found happiness in the moments shared with family and friends.

Greg is survived by his loving wife, Deanna Bonnett; his daughter, Britney Snyder, and her husband, Brandon Snyder; and his three cherished grandsons, Stratton, Field, and Griffin. He is also survived by his father, David Bonnett, and his siblings, Jeanine Swindoll, David Bonnett, Kirk Bonnett, and Regan Bonnett. Greg was preceded in death by his mother, Irene Bonnett, and his sister Jennifer Thomas.

Greg Bonnett will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. His legacy of kindness, loyalty, and love will live on in the hearts of his family and the many lives he touched.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 8, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. A graveside service will be held on Monday, March 9, at 11:00 a.m.
