Funeral services will be Saturday, December 17, 2011 at 10:30 am, Pilgrim Baptist Church, 6111 19th Street, Lubbock, Texas. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.
Survivors; 2 daughters Alma Hankins, of Lubbock, and Brenda Brown of Decatur, GA; 4 sons; Leon Nelson, Bobby Nelson, and Ronald Mondine, all of Lubbock, Johnnie Carl of Irving, Texas; 18 grandchildren, 47 great grandchildren, 18 great-great grandchildren and host of other relatives and friends.
