Keith graduated from McMurry University in Abilene, Texas, and was a member of the KIVA Fraternity. He spent his working career in oil and gas, with the last 30 years in Midland, Texas. He loved camping, hiking, and exploring the outdoors. His many adventures included rafting, mountain biking, backpacking, and visiting over 25 National Parks and many smaller parks. He achieved the rank of Eagle Scout.
Keith is preceded in death by his parents, Lex and Mary Helen Jameson. He is survived by two brothers: Carl Jameson of Denver, Colorado, and Gary and Suzie Jameson of Lubbock, Texas, along with a niece, nephew, and seven great nieces and nephews.
A Memorial service, followed by a graveside service, in honor of Keith, will be on Thursday, August 21, 2025, at 2:00 pm at Resthaven Funeral Home's Abbey Chapel in Lubbock. Visitation will precede the service at 1:00 pm in Resthaven's Abbey Chapel.
The family suggests memorials to Boy Scout Troop 402 at First United Methodist Church, Lubbock, TX, McMurry University in Abilene, Texas, the American Heart Association, or a charity of your choice.
