

Manuel Jasso Cruz, a devoted father, loving grandfather, and cherished friend, passed away peacefully on August 18, 2025, in Wolfforth, Texas, at the age of 90. Born on March 10, 1935, in San Mateo, Zacatecas. Manuel lived a life characterized by hard work, unwavering faith, and a commitment to his family and friends.
Manuel’s occupations included farming, pipe welding, and ground maintenance. He was actively involved at St Francis of Assisi for 30 years.
Manuel is survived by his sister, Olivia de La Luz Jasso, beloved sons and daughters, Raul Cruz (Esther Cruz) Toni Cruz, Armando Cruz and Linda Salas (Juan Salas), and his treasured grandchildren, Christopher Cruz (Genevieve Cruz) Lauren Cruz, and Matthew Salas and great grandchildren Brynn, Adeline and Liam Cruz. His legacy of love and devotion will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
In celebration of his life, a series of services will take place on August 20, 2025. The day will begin with a Visitation at 5:00 PM, followed by a Rosary at 7:00 PM at Lake Ridge Chapel and Memorial Designers. The Celebration of Life will be held at St. Clare Catholic Church at 10:00 AM on Thursday August 21, providing an opportunity for family and friends to come together in remembrance of Manuel's remarkable life. A Graveside Service will follow at Wolfforth Cemetery.
The family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude for the love and support received during this difficult time. Manuel's kindness, loyalty, and godly spirit will be sorely missed but fondly remembered by all whose lives he touched.

Manuel was preceded in death by: wife Ester Cruz, his parents Maria De La Luz,and Manuel Cruz Sr.
