

Patsy graduated in Ropesville, TX. She and her husband, Wallace Thrash, lived in Levelland where she worked at Levelland State Bank, First National Bank, and the Texas Department of Human Resources. She was active in the Chamber of Commerce, Beta Sigma Phi, and the Democratic Women of Hockley County.
She married Cecil Andrews in 1978 and moved to Lebanon, Missouri. In Lebanon, she worked at Bass Tracker Corporation, was Executive Director of the Lebanon Chamber of Commerce, and was owner of Patsy Andrews Advertising.
Patsy moved to Montgomery, TX in 1997 where she worked at Stein Mart. She moved to Katy, TX in 2008 where she resided at Colonial Oaks Senior Living and then at Comfy Home in Richmond, TX, from 2012 until her death on February 20, 2018. Patsy was 78.
Patsy loved shopping, her candy and Dr. Pepper and going out for quesadillas. She played Bingo and loved music and parties. She liked dressing up every day and she loved anything “bling”.
She was preceded in death by her parents; infant daughter; a son, Wesley Thrash; and her sister, Phyllis Redman, all of Levelland, TX.
Survived by her daughter, Robbie Edie and son-in-law, Richard Edie, of Richmond, TX; granddaughters, Erica Edie of Buda, TX, Erin Edie Bonaventure and her husband, Brennan Bonaventure; and great-grandson, Burke Bonaventure, of Zachary, LA.
Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, February 24, 2018 in the Abbey Chapel at Resthaven Funeral Home. The family will receive guests one hour prior to service.
