Randi was a kind and sweet soul that had dedicated her life to a career of public service
as a Lubbock Police Department Dispatch Supervisor. Randi was born to Kent and
Tracy Smith in Graham, Texas on March the 12th, 1990. She was a graduate of
Crowell High school in Crowell, Texas. Randi is most remembered for her beautiful smile,
and her wonderful personality.
In 2015, Randi married her husband, Jared, and together they raised their daughter,
Whitlee who was born in 2017. Randi had a personality that could light up any room
as she walked in the door. She loved to be the person that anybody could go to at any
time, no matter what they needed. She loved spending time with her husband and
daughter, traveling and she loved watching her Texas Tech Red Raiders play
basketball.
Randi is survived by her husband Jared and daughter Whitlee of Lubbock,
her mother Tracy and father Kent of Crowell, her sister Becky of Crowell, her
brother Terry of Converse and many other loving relatives.
Visitation for Randi will be on Friday, August 23 from 6:00 PM-8:00 PM at
Resthaven Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Saturday, August 24 at
Indiana Avenue Baptist Church in Lubbock at 10:00 AM with Burial to follow
at Resthaven Memorial Park.
