Reese Lara Griffith

On June 11, 2014 The Queen of Hearts, Reese Lara Griffith, 5, of Ralls completed her final inning, fearlessly, and went on to cuddle in the arms of Jesus. A visitation and gathering time will be held on Sunday June 15, 2014 at Resthaven Funeral Home from 3:00 until 6:00pm. A service celebrating her life will be held on Monday June 16, 2014 at 11:00 am at South Plains Church of Christ. Interment will follow in Resthaven Memorial Park.

Reese was born on July 24, 2008 in Lubbock, Texas to her loving parents Jeremy and Emilie ( Lara) Griffith. Reese was in kindergarten at Ralls Elementary School. She loved T-Ball and enjoyed playing on the Royals T-Ball team. She enjoyed giving her full attention to Netflix. Reese never met a stranger and went through life meeting new friends along the way.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Joe M. Lara; and aunt, Gail McKay.

She is survived by her loving and devoted parents, Jeremy and Emilie; sisters Morgan, and BreAllyn; her MiMi Barbara; grandparents Joe and Jacque Griffith, Lori and Daryl Metheny; aunt, Jessica Lara, numerous other loving aunts, uncles, great aunts, great uncles, cousins, friends, and her entire South Plains Church of Christ and Ralls Community.
