Victor worked in construction at Lane and Boulder, dedicating his career to building and craftsmanship. His passion for creating extended beyond his profession—he found great joy in building things at home and sharing his knowledge with his children and grandchildren.
In May 1974, Victor married Dora Figueroa, and together they raised five children. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather who cherished time spent with family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Pedro and Petra Arguelles, and his brother Ricardo Arguelles.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Dora F. Arguelles; his children Tammy Arguelles, Sandy Arguelles, Vicky Arguelles, Priscilla Arguelles, and Victor James (Miranda) Arguelles; his siblings Tony Arguelles, Maria Arguelles, Angie Blakley,Rosie Arguelles, Lala Arguelles, Peggy Arguelles, and Peter (Claudia) Arguelles; grandchildren Erik Arguelles, Markus Arguelles, Daniella Arguelles, Pursayus Arguelles, Zayden Arguelles, Merecades Deleon, and Nathaniel Ruiz; and one great-grandchild, A'layah Davalos.
Victor’s legacy lives on through the skills he passed down and the love he shared with those around him. May his memory bring comfort to all who knew him. The family would like to thank Westwind Elementary, Texas Roadhouse, and United Supermarkets.
