Walter Bryant Trammell, Jr, of Roaring Springs, Texas, formerly of Lubbock, Texas, was born In March of 1928, in Rome, Georgia. Walter stepped into heaven and to the arms of Jesus, June 5, 2018. Walter was a Christian man that lived his faith. He was a deacon of First Baptist Church, Roaring Springs, Texas. He was a faithful servant of his Lord, his country, his family and his fellow man. Walter spent his working years in construction as a Master Brick Mason. Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife Joan (Jo), his two sons, Randy and Darrell, his two daughters, Angela Cochran and Tina Overman, his eight grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Friday, June 8, 2018 from 5-7 pm at Resthaven Funeral Home in Lubbock. A graveside service will be held Saturday, June 9, 2018 at 10 am at Peaceful Gardens Cemetery in Woodrow, Texas. A memorial service will follow at 2:00 pm, Saturday, at the First Baptist Church in Roaring Springs, Texas.
