Wanda Sue Zimmerman Kennedy, age 70, of Lubbock, Texas, died Saturday, September 26, 2015. She was born in De Witt, Arkansas, on July 29, 1945 to the late John and Verna Zimmerman. She began working in the medical field after attending the community college for medical billing. She had a passionate talent for painting—she created beautiful works of art, taking inspiration from the ordinary day-to-day, into an extraordinary masterpiece. She was a passionate and loving wife, mother, aunt and friend.
Left to cherish her memory is her beloved husband Douglas; daughter, Anita Morris; sons, Larry Johnson, Johnny Johnson, Shane Johnson; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; a great grandchildren; many nieces; many nephews and many close friends she considered family.
