He was a graduate of New Deal High School in 1951. Wayne was a US Navy Veteran.
He married his high school sweetheart Pat Crews. He was a retired Lubbock fire fighter of 24 years and US Postal Service of 29 years. Wayne was a lifelong farmer until 2020.
Survivors include two daughters Kala Worley of Oregon, Revis Alexander of Lubbock, grandchildren Halee Brown and husband Chase of Midland, Bronson Alexander of Dallas, sister Frankie Minyard and husband Denzel. Wayne is proceeded in death by wife Pat Worley, son Wade Worley, parents Frank and Ollie Mae, brother David Worley and sister Ouita Forrester.
Wayne’s greatest love was his family and his greatest joy was farming.
