

Born in Syracuse, N.Y., Bill was a graduate of West Genesee High School. With Central New York roots, Bill moved to Canton, CT and Ludlow, VT to be close to his grandchildren.
Bill was a fun-loving guy who has been described as a dedicated family man, a talented handyman, a devoted employee, the resident comedian, a curmudgeon, a great coach, a talented athlete (in his younger years), a pretty good bowler and a benevolent caregiver.
Bill is survived by his wife of 50 years, Janice (Tomeny), his daughters and their families Jill, Todd, Jack and Ryan Webb; Joy, Richard, Cole, Carson and Chase Schuyler, his siblings Cynthia (David) Mott, Robert (Janet) Cole, 6 Nieces and 5 Nephews, several great nieces and nephews, his Aunt Jeanette (Ben) Whitmore and many wonderful cousins.
A Memorial will be held to celebrate and honor Bill’s life on Thursday, June 11 with a receiving line beginning at 5:00 P.M., Service at 6:00 P.M. at the Camillus Elks Lodge, Camillus, N.Y.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Lake Rescue Association to be used for lake preservation causes. Donations can be sent to Lake Rescue Association, P. O. Box 372, Ludlow, VT 05149, Attn: Angi Ciufo.
