Mr. Walters was a retired welder with Cooper Power Systems.
He is preceded in death by his parents, James M. and Christine Bailey Walters.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Martin Walters; one daughter, Selena Spiers; two sons, Donald Ray "Wooley" Walters, Jr. (Bridgett), all of Lumberton, Ryan Swilley of Purvis; one grandson, Logan Ray Walters; two brothers, J.L. Walters of Hattiesburg, Ronnie Walters of Lumberton; and one sister, Linda Faggard of Lumberton.
Funeral services will be 2:00 pm, Saturday, March 22, 2014 at White Funeral Home, Lumberton with burial in Landrum Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12:00 pm until service time, Saturday at the funeral home.
