Michael A. Legg

Mr. Legg was born October 20, 1960 in Arlington Heights, Illinois to Jack Lewis and Jane Clara Schimming Legg, Sr. A graduate of Lumberton High School, he attended Pearl River Community College and was a welder with Cooper Power Systems. He was a quiet person that cherished his family; who loved hunting and fishing. Michael will be sorely missed by all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his father, Jack Lewis Legg, Sr.

Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Ina F. Moore Legg; two sons, Michael Scott Legg and Brandon Tyler Legg, all of Picayune; his mother, Jane Clara Legg of Lumberton; one brother, Jack Lewis (Rose) Legg, Jr. of Elgin, IL; one nephew, Mitchell David Legg of Fort Worth, TX; one brother-in-law; Thomas Edward (Ellen) Moore of Wiggins; three nephews, Dusty Moore, Gus Moore, Josie Moore; and mother-in-law, Jewel Hazel "Shorty" Moore of Wiggins.

Funeral services will be 3:00 pm, Saturday, October 5, 2013 at White Funeral Home, Lumberton with interment in Moore Cemetery, Wiggins. The family will receive friends and have visitation from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm, Friday at the funeral home.
