Ms. Howell is survived by daughter, Gladys Sessoms; a special niece, Myrtle Wilcox; two great-nieces, Kathy Bullock and Lynn Britt; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at Ten Mile Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service in the church fellowship hall.
