Mark Rodrigue

Mark Rodrigue, lifelong resident of Vacherie, LA, passed away on March 26, 2013 at the age of 85. Beloved husband of Mabel Waguespack Rodrigue of 65 years. He is survived by his children Evelyn Rodrigue Duhe’(Lloyd), Yvonne Rodrigue Frederick, Louise Rodrigue Hoorman(Darryl), Julie Elise Miller (Keith) and Michael Rodrigue (Bobbie). He leaves behind his grandchildren; Jennifer Rodrigue Fernandez(Steven), Danny Duhe’(Petrina), Melissa Frederick Demand(Andrew), Michelle Rodrigue, Sarah Frederick, Amanda Frederick Melancon(David), Mark Duhe’(Mary), Stephanie Peteuil, Marie Peteuil and two great grandchildren Luke and Danica Duhe’ He is also survived by his sister Martha Rodrigue. He is preceded in death by his parents Maxine and Ludivine Rodrigue, his siblings; Oline Rodrigue Guillot, Ann Wood, Delphine Rodrigue, Louise Rodrigue, Alfred Rodrigue Sr., Victor Rodrigue, Maurice Rodrigue, and Maxine Rodrigue Jr. and his son-in-law CJ Frederick.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a wake on Sunday, March 31, 2013 at H.C. Alexander Funeral Home in Lutcher, LA from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM, A rosary will be said by the Knights of Columbus at 7:00 PM. There will be a visitation at St. Phillip’s Catholic Church in Vacherie, LA on Monday, April 1, 2013 starting at 9:30 AM till 10:45 AM followed by a funeral Mass at 11:00 AM.
